Instructions on how to book a service.

  Whatsapp 763-6135 to receive information on the service you are interested in. This applies to  private art classes, general art classes and paint parties. 

Once payment is made,  (payment is done through First Citizens, Account Number-  2853801, Account Name- Art by Akilah ) WhatsApp 763-6135 or 474-4ART a picture to show proof of payment.

Step 1. Scroll and click under bookings below.

Step 2. Click which session applies to you or your child -appointments(private classes) or classes/events(general art classes ..here you will need to click book on the class that applies to you )

Step 3. Click the day on the calendar that you or your child will be attending (you can only choose one day so this needs to be done before each class).

Step 4. click the rectangular box below with the time.

Step 7. Put in the information required...once you confirm a booking a link to the zoom session will be given to you.

Please note that bookings can be done for general sessions up to 3hrs before the start of the class. If you are unable to book because the class has reached its maximum, do not worry, another time slot will be added on or necessary arrangements will be made. If you usually pay  for multiple sessions in advance, just book prior to the class once you are sure you  or your child will be attending. Please note that booking a session may be easier to do on a computer or laptop. Any issues feel free to contact 763-6135 or 474-4ART.
