My name is Renissa. I started art classes with Miss Akilah when I was 3 years old. I have since been doing classes with her every week at my school. I have learned so many different ways to express myself through art. I am simply enjoying this journey with Miss Akilah
My daughter started online art classes with Art by Akilah when she was 9 years old, during the pandemic and once restrictions were eased, she started in person classes as well. She has done workshops, vacation camps and individual classes and I have seen her skills improve, and she has become more confident in her art. You would not be disappointed
I started art classes with Ms. Akilah in early 2025 and attended her art camp in August. Classes with her are so much fun and educational. Her classes opened me up to a world of new mediums, allowing me to have my art included as part of exhibitions. Amiynah Wells Age
I started doing art at the age of three during Covid lockdown and I've loved doing it ever since. When I joined Ms. Akilah's Art class in April 2025 I began learning many new techniques and how to use different art mediums. She is very patient and makes her online art classes fun and interactive. Now I use all that I've learnt in her classes to bring my pieces to life and truly express how I feel through my Artwork.
